Art & Fashion Collaboration Show
Gallery Chaman to Host the Hail Fashion Show at the 2025 Spring/Summer Paris Fashion Week
Fashion designer Yang Haeil, who has worked in France for over 30 years and designed outfits for notable figures such as Madame Mitterrand, wife of the former French President, and Kim Jung-sook, First Lady of former South Korean President Moon Jae-in, is a unique figure in the world of haute couture. As the only female designer officially recognized by Paris Fashion Week, Yang collaborated with Gallery Chaman to create 40 exclusive outfits featuring artwork from the gallery’s seven resident artists.
This collaboration culminated in the K-Art Collaboration Hail Fashion Show, held at the Convention Hall of the War Memorial of Korea. Planned by the gallery’s CEO, a former fashion designer, the event offered an unforgettable experience. The evening included cocktails, dinner, and a custom-designed temporary exhibition displayed on partitions in the lobby. Guests were also treated to a promotional PPT presentation introducing the artists and a performance by Kim Duk-soo Samulnori 2.0, a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Korean percussion music. The event's sophistication and artistry earned resounding applause from attendees.
